Building a new story

the local community, to help young people in situations of social and financial vulnerability find ways to build a decent life story through education and work.”

Projects we support:

• Young apprentice
  DLC has already transformed the lives of young apprentices who are now part of our team of employees. Our current rate is that 50% of young people are hired at DLC after its Young Apprentice Contract ends.

• Skateboarding Championship
  DLC supports the skateboarding championship in the city of Biritiba-Mirim, with a focus on fun and love for the sport. Aim is to get more and more children to enjoy skateboarding and contribute to education.

• DLC Group initiative under development – Projeto Transformar
  We are working to prepare and insert young people in situations of social vulnerability for the job market developing local talents so that it can contribute to the family income. Generating new opportunities for growth and a professional future as a preventative process.
